Midtherm Laser ‘Find the Santa’ Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   
   • Open to all customers of Midtherm Laser Ltd in 2025 via newsletter link.
   • Also open to anyone who finds Santa on our website, clicks him, and submits
     their details.
   • Participants must sign up to the Midtherm Laser quarterly newsletter to be entered. 
   • Staff of Midtherm Laser are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
   
   • Find Santa on the Midtherm Laser website.
   • Click on Santa and follow the instructions to submit your entry.
   • Only entries submitted via the website and newsletter sign-up will be valid.
3. Competition Period:
   
   • The competition is open from 24th November 2025 until 19th December 2025.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize:
   
   • One Christmas Hamper containing: Wine, Chocolate, Biscuits, Chutney,
     Percy Pigs & more.
   • Participants should note any allergens in the prize.
5. Winner Selection:
   
   • The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries.
   • Midtherm Laser Ltd will contact the winner via the email provided during entry
     just before Christmas break up.
6. General:
   
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   • By entering, participants agree to sign up for the quarterly newsletter.
   • Midtherm Laser Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any
     time without notice.
7. Data Protection:
   
   • Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this competition
