Midtherm Laser Services – Metal Cutting and Forming in the West Midlands
At Midtherm Laser, we offer sub-contract laser cutting from our facility in Dudley, West Midlands. We work with a wide range of sheet metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass.
Our services include:
High-power fibre laser cutting using 3kW, 10kW, and 12kW machines
Forming with 80, 225, and 250-tonne press brakes (up to 4m in length)
Deburring and polishing for improved surface quality and finish
Our recent investments in 10kW and 12kW fiber lasers allow us to cut materials ranging from 0.5mm to 30mm thick with high precision and efficiency. With the addition of automated warehouses and handling systems, we stay at the forefront of laser technology. This has also helped to reduce our energy consumption and environmental impact.
All services are delivered under our certified Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems. These include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and BS EN 1090 (UKCA) to Execution Class 4.

LASER CUTTING
With our CNC lasers we can cut various thicknesses of sheet metal from 0.5mm up to 30mm in sizes up to 4m x 2m.
Deburring / Polishing
We can provide a deburring service to ensure our end products are safe for handling by taking off any sharp edges after cutting. Our Weber TTsC-IP(2)-1350 can also add finish to stainless steel.
